IN FLIGHT ACU-DEMO
Now we request your full attention as the flight attendants demonstrate TCM selfcare acupoints.

Press the overhead bell for cabin crew, she will bring a cup of Suan Zao Ren Tang herbal concoction with a shot of cherry tart juice. In the meantime, press An mian located at the bony protuberance behind both of your ears.
Step 1: Find your hip bone at the front with your thumb and spread the rest of your fingers towards the spine. That’s your 4th lumbar spine (L4) line. Using your index, middle, forth finger, press on the tender points on the muscles.
Step 2: Find BL 40. Similar to a brace position (like in the case of emergency), hold your knee and place your middle finger at the back of your knee.
Step 3: Find a empty space, twist your hip around with an invisible hula hoop to get those hip and glute muscles moving.
PC 6: Located on your inner forarm, 3 finger breaths from your wrisst crease, between the two tendons.
Use your palm and rub tummy clockwise. Vomiting out is also a good option. It is one of the eight purging methods in TCM.
ST 36 : Take off your shoes and plonk your feet onto the edge of the chair. It’s located 4 finger widths below your knee cap, next to your shine bone. Use thumb and apply pressure until your feel a tender point.
CV 12: Slide your thumb down from your chestbone until you can’t feel any bone, hold that position. Draw an imaginary line from that chest point to your belly button and CV12 is right smack in the middle of the line. Apply pressure and rub in tiny circular motion with your middle finger for a good 3-5 mins.
For those with muscles pain, please proceed to the Cup-pit to get some free love cupping. Don’t worry, they are not painful. They are like inverse massage where the heat and suction in the ceramic cups create more space in your muscles, improving blood circulation and healing process. It will create cute heart marks so ladies,it’s bikini friendly too 👙.
Time needed: 15 mins
A beauty kit is located in a pouch under your seat or between the armrests. When you find your skin getting dry and not in its best condition, open the plastic pouch and remove the beauty kit. Break the plastic bits. Dab on some oil, and gently roll the jade roller in an upward motion from your jaw to your temple. Repeat on both sides of your face. Gua Sha can also be used as well to improve blood circulation and reduce puffiness around your eye.
For those who need some zen mode, hold your palm to your heart and close your eyes. Breathe all the way out through your mouth, then breathe in s l o w l y through your nose. Fill up those lungs. Repeat 3 times. Then say 3 things you are grateful for. Ask yourself “What’s the worst that could happen?”, “Will it matter 1 year,3 years, 5 years down the road?”.

In a few moments, the flight attendants will be passing around the cabin to offer you only hot drinks as we believe that cold drinks are bad for your digestion.
Yummies just as goji, walnut stuffed red dates and our in-house Energy-onigiri made from the best ingredients will be served. Cinnamon tea, Ginseng-magarita, Ginger shots and Matcha MCT marine collagen latte are also available on request.
